Key Responsibilities

  • Installation & Commissioning: Lead installation and commissioning of new systems (projects typically ranging from a few days up to 4 weeks), ensuring delivery within agreed scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Advanced System Expertise: Install, troubleshoot, and repair complex mechanical equipment, including hydraulic systems (up to 3,000 psi) and ultra‑high‑pressure fluid systems (up to 120,000 psi). Work with intensifiers, variable pumps, filtration systems, and related mechanical assemblies.
  • Controls & Electrical Support: Diagnose and repair mechanical‑electrical systems, including electrical components ranging from 24 VDC to 480 VAC, and control systems such as PLC, HMI, and SCADA (e.g., RS Logix5000 / ControlLogix).
