Field Service Technician

Role Overview As a Field Service Technician, you'll be the trusted technical expert working directly with contractors and equipment operators to install, support, and optimize cutting‐edge Topcon Machine Control systems. Your office is the jobsite, alongside customers who rely on your expertise to keep projects moving. Responsibilities What You'll Do Install and service Topcon Machine Control systems on dozers, motor graders, excavators, skid steers, compactors, pavers, and curb machines. Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, hydraulic, and electronic systems to improve machine accuracy and performance. Research and diagnose technical issues to identify effective solutions. Provide pre‐ and post‐sale technical support for customers and sales teams via on‐site visits, phone, e‐mail, and remote support tools.
