Title: Field Service Technician – Toronto

Reporting to Field Service Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Field Service Technician to join our growing team located in Toronto, Canada . The Field Service Technician is responsible for providing on-site customer service support, troubleshooting and maintenance within their assigned territory. The Field Service Technician will work both on-site and out of the Toronto office. The Field Service Technician will be reporting to the Field Service Manager.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, test, troubleshoot and repair medical aesthetic devices in the Depot.
• Pick, pack and ship as well as receive system/parts/consumables/marketing materials when required.
• Provide first level support to customers and Field Service Technician’s over the phone to try and resolve the issue.
