Field Service Technician
The Field Service Technician will serve as the primary contact with client’s retail customer locations. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for maintaining and performing kiosk maintenance and respond to service and repair dispatches as needed. The schedule for routine service calls is flexible.
Responsibilities
Re-stock and perform routine service on kiosks as needed (determined by demand at the machine, or schedule)Perform on-call repairs or adjustments to kiosks when out of orderUnscheduled service calls are expected to be responded to in four hours with an ETA targeting on-site visits within 24 hoursInstall machines in the GTAMonitor territory reports daily for issues and contact stores to resolve connectivity or power issuesMaintain inventory for re-stocking machinesConduct store meetings and interact with store staff/managem...
