Field Service Technician Greater Toronto Area, ONLock Search Group is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician for a prominent packaging solutions provider. In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial packaging machinery, both on-site and at customer locations. You'll also play a key role in training others on equipment operation, completing service order paperwork, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair industrial packaging machinery, both on-site and at customer locations.

Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance.

Collaborate with sales and service teams for machine preparation and customer demonstrations.

Ensure compliance with inspection requirements by modifying machinery as needed (electronically and mechanically).
