Job Description
Main responsabilités :
- To deliver or collect machines for after sale and hire fleet customers.
- Performance of repairs, servicing, preventive maintenance program and quotation job on site.
- Conduct Training for Operators on the correct method of operation and daily check maintenance of the new and hired fleet machine on site.
- Assist PE inspection for sale and hire machine fleet on site.
- Any other technical related aspects as and when required.
- Responsibility for complete customer satisfaction within the work area. Assists in planning, communicating, and coordinating support plans with customers.
- Complies with all safety procedures and consistently demonstrates safety as a value.
- General service report writing for internal and external customers.
- Ensure the excellence of services by strictly adhering to company standards and policies.
