Description

Our client, a leading machinery company, is currently seeking an accomplished Field Service Technician to join the team. Here is an overview of the role:

1) Install and start-up equipment, preventive maintenance, diagnostic inspections, and repair of compressed air equipment to ensure equipment is meeting operating and quality standards

2) Create a friendly and inviting working environment

3) Communicate with customers and coworkers, both verbal and written

4) Maintain rapport with customers by addressing complaints, identifying solutions, suggesting improved methods and techniques and recommending system improvements

5) Recommend required parts and services to customers and assist with follow-up through to successfully acquiring customer approval
