Field Service Technician

Reference: CPT -CB-1

We require a Field Service Technician with audio visual experience and solid experience with the programming of Crestron and Extron control systems.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Remote and telephonic support to clients
  • Site visits
  • Conduct preventative maintenance
  • Fault finding
  • Configure video conferencing and audio visual equipment
  • Installations
  • Programming of Crestron and Extron control systems
  • Assist on-site Technician as needed

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • Audio Visual system experience
  • Crestron and Extron programming
  • DSP programming
  • Polycom and Avaya experience
  • Own car and valid license
  • More than 2 years audio visual experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of wiring, cable termination
