Job Description

The Field Technician plays a crucial role in efficiently and effectively fulfilling our goal of improving the way restaurants work in the Philippines. You will be asked to help with our growing startup by preparing, testing & deploying our machines in key SM locations. You will be also asked to work with the merchants and provide them basic training and support.

Key Requirements

• Must be knowledgeable on basic technology functions (must be literate and able to explain basic tech concepts - eg. what can I install on my android device?)
• Computer literate. Must be able to operate Google workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets) and able to update and provide reports
