Field Service Technician

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Engineer (or relevant title) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support across the organizations. This includes installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades of various systems such as UPS, HVAC, BMS, CCTV, and more. The role involves regular on-site visits, technical evaluations, and ensuring the highest standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and support during on-site interventions.
• Advise customers on best practices, new services, and potential upgrade opportunities.
• Perform startup/commissioning activities for equipment across the Datashield product portfolio.
