Field Service Technician

Location and Schedule: You will be working remotely and will only be required to be on-site when visiting clients in the Nuremberg region.

For that reason, it is required of you to live within driving distance from Nuremberg.

Eventually, you may need to visit clients abroad (all costs covered by the company).

You would also be able to use the company car, cell phone, and laptop for personal purposes.

Responsibilities: Install packaging systems and perform preventive and corrective maintenance, rework, assemble, and upgrade machines and equipment.

Handle service requests independently, adhering to the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Provide written feedback as required.

Conduct preventative maintenance, inspections, supervision, and support for delivered projects and products.
