Field Service Technician (mining)

About the role:
Are you mechanically minded, enjoy solving problems, and love being out in the field? We’re on the lookout for a Field Service Technician to join our clients’ team, working 4 days per week in Mount Isa.

This role is perfect for someone who’s hands-on, independent, and enjoys working directly with customers to keep things running smoothly.

Duties:

• Visiting customer sites to provide service and support for water treatment systems and related equipment.
• Performing start-ups, preventative maintenance, repairs, and basic operational training.
• Adjusting chemical dosages and troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Documenting service visits and maintaining accurate records.
• Supporting customer training and working closely with sales teams to identify needs.
• Ensuring safety standards are always met.
