About the role

This role will be responsible for CA service for AP region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure response time of 04 hours against all the Work orders received and closure of the same in line with the standard SLA's

  • To submit 100% service schedules to the customers and follow up / monitor the same through SFDC.

  • Regular Review of Open work roders with Service Coordinator / Planner and To ensure ZERO escalations

  • To provide FFR with in 3 days of report of a failure . To support for carrying out RRCA. To ensure PMs are done regularly (as per schedule) and random qlty check is being carried out.

  • Regular Review of Open Complaints with CSR. Ensure submisison of FQIs with in 3 days of waranty failure

  • To provide operational training to customer/dealer staff

  • Complete EHS Management System Overview Training once in a Year

  • To adopt the process of Alert...
