Field Service IT/Printing Engineers

We are looking for enthusiastic Field Service IT/Printing Engineers in the countries Netherlands and Belgium. In this position you are the engineer who, together with your colleagues, takes care of the repairs of IT and printing equipment in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Your tasks will be:

* Contacting the customer and informing them about your arrival;
* Maintenance and repairs of equipment at the customer's location;
* Solving problems and incidents until the customer is satisfied with the situation;
* Administrative handling of the repair;
* Installing new printing equipment at end customers and associated software applications.

* Thinking in terms of solutions instead of problems;
* Technical background, or demonstrable affinity with technology (MBO work/level of education);
* Experience in hardware, such as printers and computer/laptops...
