Field Service Engineer/Mechatronic Engineer

Resolve technical issues on equipment, process, software.

Understanding of the Etch/Clean / Deposition hardware is an advantage.

Perform installation / de-installation from layout to commission.

Ensure good Environment Health Safety (EHS) compliance.

Preparation of technical issue report.

Able to work in Cleanroom environment.

Willing to support short term, overseas assignment.

  • 10. Fresh graduate and candidates with no experience are preferred, as training will be provided.
