What we are looking for

We’re looking for an excellent, customer-oriented DMD Field Service Engineer who will be responsible for Nova’s products customer service, reporting to Nova’s service site leader.

The Field Service Engineer is an importance role responsible for tool installation and resolving issues customer encounter, ensuring Nova tool has a good condition and high utilization to support customer manufactory. This position involves deep analysis of technical issues, prevention plans, and effective communications, as well as the customer satisfaction and implementation of CIP to drive stabilization, productivity, and sustainability in the customer site.
