1. Device Imaging Support • Imaging of end-user devices as per client-approved build standards. • Installation of required operating system images and approved business applications. • Basic validation of imaged devices before handover or deployment. 2. On-site User Enrolment Support • Support users during on-site enrolment activities. • Assist with device setup, access validation, and initial user readiness checks. • Coordinate with users locally to complete enrolment-related activities. 3.
