Your role

  • Assists clients in data collection for configuration.
  • Install and configure Atlas Copco´s SW and HW.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot failures in SW and HW.
  • Master the operating system and interfaces that ensure the operation of all applications.
  • Analyze logs and report to stakeholder.
  • Run all necessary modifications due to a change in the line configuration (online configuration)
  • Keep historical problems and failures in electronic files for consultations.
  • Keep backup,all actions updated and available for documentation.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers throughout the project.
  • Execution of new release tests.
  • Conduct user training related software product to customer.
  • Must be able to analyze problems in the network structure and produce solutions according to the analysis.
  • Must be able to analyze Windows event logs...
