Field Service Engineer
 Job description
Perform preventative maintenance activities, repairs, and troubleshooting at customer sites. Interact directly with end users to assist in problem resolution. Document all work performed while onsite in the NetSuite CRM system. Works with the customer support team to handle onsite Level 1 and 2 system issues. Must have extensive troubleshooting ability to assist the customer support team with on-site work for the customer base. Can train customers when required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform maintenance activities as per vendor specifications on a variety of display products, servers, audio-video equipment, etc. that are part of the integrated solution.
• Troubleshooting of the integrated solution as necessary, which includes addressing hardware (computers/servers, audio/video equipment)
• Troubleshooting system configuration, network, and software/OS issues
