Position Overview / Summary

Field Service Engineer for DR and CR equipment. This position performs technical service and support day‑to‑day business on Agfa and third‑party products and systems to customers. The employee will be based from home and will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance and servicing of imaging equipment and associated ICT/electrical equipment. The individual must be customer focused at all times, be prepared to work alone and as part of a team, be able to interact well with colleagues, customers and third‑party trades in a professional and tactful manner, and present a positive image of the Company.
