Job Description

  • Setting up, calibrating, and testing new equipment or systems at client locations.
  • Performing scheduled preventive maintenance and diagnosing/fixing technical failures to minimize downtime.
  • Providing expert guidance, training, and troubleshooting assistance to customers on-site or remotely.
  • Recording service activities, maintenance logs, and preparing detailed reports.
  • Working with internal teams (engineering, sales, support) to resolve complex issues and suggest design improvements.
  • Building strong client relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
