Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Will do fieldwork within Cebu and provincial areas servicing client's medical equipment
• Handles production daily support monitoring, machine quality improvements calibrations, and machine preventive maintenance.
• Provide client support and technical issue resolutions.
• Study and update knowledge of medical equipment.
• Calibrate equipment properly to use clinically.
• Prepare proper rigging for loading and unloading of equipment on vehicle.
• Checking of units to be delivered prior to loading on vehicle.
• Execute Functional Testing prior to delivery.
• Receive, check, install and inspect medical equipment upon delivery.
• Manage service tools to prevent damage.
• Perform end-user or technical presentation and training.
• Establish effective communication skills to perform product demonstrations and training (Medical Equipment).
