Job Description
The Field Service Engineer will perform all tasks indicated/included in the Service Contract/Agreement between the client and Nexus Technologies, Inc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of a computer or electronics-related degree (BS-CS, BS-ECE, BS-CoE, BS-MIS)
- Preferably with 1-year experience in PC troubleshooting and repair
- Knowledgeable in PC hardware troubleshooting and repair
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts (including cabling, configuring, testing, and interconnecting)
- Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and other desktop software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Service-oriented with high regard for customer service
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) will be an advantage
