Field Service Engineer

Sapien Engineering are seeking a capable and flexible Field Service Engineer to join our client's team based in Newhaven, East Sussex. This position would suit an engineer who enjoys a varied role, is comfortable travelling and staying away from home when required, and is equally happy working on customer sites or supporting the production and fit-out team within a factory environment. When servicing work is not scheduled, the successful candidate will support initial installations, fit-out builds, and wider production activities alongside the factory team.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical and electro‑mechanical assembly, fit‑out, servicing, and installation of products.
• Undertake servicing, commissioning, handovers, fault finding, and maintenance work on customer sites.
