Field Service Engineer

The Role:

Your main tasks will include:

Maintenance and Upkeep:

Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics and troubleshooting on complex laboratory equipment, including liquid and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry instruments, ICP-MS, etc.

Client Service:

Provide on-site maintenance and repair services for both Enval Group's laboratories and external clients, ensuring equipment is functioning optimally.

Repairs:

Identify and perform repairs on equipment to minimize downtime and ensure continuous laboratory operations.

Calibration and Quality Control:

Calibrate instruments to meet metrological requirements and maintain quality control procedures for all equipment.

Technical Support and Training:

Assist laboratory staff and clients with technical support, offering guidance on proper equipment use and maintenance best practices.
