Job Description

Your Role As Field Service Engineer, you will provide the highest levels of field service and technical support which will directly drive the development and grow sales and service business for all VTS brands including Edwards, Leybold and Atlas Copco vacuum. Areas of support typically cover installation, commissioning, maintenance & troubleshooting of all VTS products as well as technical support across all three brands of products, with key areas of focus being Safety, Quality and Customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day Main Responsibilities Complete installation and commissioning of vacuum pumps and vacuum systems for all VT brands including Edwards, Leybold and Atlas Copco Vacuum with designated region of responsibility.
Provide service support, both in-house and field-based service, for all products VT brands including Edwards, Leybold and Atlas Copco Vacuum
Delivery of technical support to internal and external stakeholders, including failure analysis, good vacuum practice, ...
