Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join their EMEA Service Technical Support team. This role is primarily field-based across Ireland and is responsible for installation, maintenance, repair, and technical support of medical devices at customer sites. The position requires a high level of autonomy, strong customer engagement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform field repairs, preventive maintenance, and service actions in line with approved procedures.
  • Schedule and coordinate customer site visits.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and forecasting.
  • Complete accurate service documentation and system updates (DSOR/OSC).
  • Provide technical support to customers and internal teams.
  • Deliver device service training where required.
  • Support service process improvements and quality compliance initiatives.
