Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to users.
• Install, adjust, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on Komax equipment both at Komax facilities and at customer factories.
• Prepare and execute runs on Komax equipment according to customer-supplied specifications.
• Keep CRM system records up to date when communicating with customers.
• Maintain work areas clean and organized.
