Field Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain sites and customer needs by continually developing customer relationships.
  • Provide technical support to peers, including technical representatives, account managers, and engineers.
  • Identify sales and service opportunities.
  • Keep technical knowledge current, potentially through self‑learning on technical products.
  • Keep customers fully informed of possible system enhancements and upgrade paths.

Key Experience & Capabilities

  • A degree or substantial experience in an electrical, electronic, mechanical, mechatronic, or similar engineering field or trade.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in BMS/HVAC with Niagara systems or security.
