Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct scheduled customer visits to identify opportunities and provide technical solutions to improve productivity.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Identify requirements for new equipment, upgrades, and replacements; analyze process data to optimize or replace process lines.
- Proactively generate new sales opportunities and manage pipeline in the CRM system.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribution margin objectives.
- Lead productivity improvement projects and measure operational gains.
- Recommend Pumps, Hydrocyclones, and Valves in coordination with internal technical teams, complying with pricing guidelines.
