**Job summary:**
This role delivers frontline technical support through maintenance, basic repairs, and product installations under close to general supervision, using growing diagnostic skills to resolve routine issues, assist senior engineers, and ensure high‑quality service at customer sites in line with established procedures, regulations, and organizational standards.
**Your role:**
+ Working collaboratively with the wider organization to provide exceptional service to our customers.  Services include corrective & preventative maintenance, commissioning & installation of equipment and software & hardware upgrades.
+ Actively participating in the sales process and providing expert technical support throughout the entire life cycle of our customer relationships (from pre-sales through to implementation and post-sales support).
