Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor equipment in operation covered under the comprehensive service contract.
  • Keep databases, reports, and logs up to date.
  • Measure equipment performance indicators.
  • Generate reports and recommendations for the client regarding pump train conditions.
  • Perform failure analysis of mechanical seals, generating the necessary information to request engineering changes and/or provide recommendations to the client.
  • Deliver training sessions to the client’s maintenance and operations personnel.
  • Manage the client account: oversee inventory, consumption, material loading, material tracking, MTBF management, repairs, contribution margin, changes in seal configurations, full asset census updates, and on-time delivery of mechanical seals.
  • Follow up on orders through the supply chain.
  • Provide technical advisory services to clients upon request.
