In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and servicing of digital kiosks across various locations. You will ensure that kiosks are properly set up, aligned, and functioning, while also providing support for kiosk rental services at events.
Responsibilities:
* Install and set up digital kiosks at various locations, ensuring proper alignment, calibration, and functionality. Connect kiosks to necessary power and network sources.
* Conduct regular maintenance checks on digital kiosks to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues, and replace faulty components such as screens, circuit boards, wiring, and other necessary parts.
* Respond promptly to service calls, troubleshoot issues reported by users, and utilize diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve problems. Implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and ensure kiosks remain operational.
