Responsibilities / Tasks

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with customers.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair on assigned equipment.
  • Act as a supervisor during the installation of production lines or machinery, when required.
  • Coordinate installation activities of lines or machinery, ensuring smooth execution and collaboration.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of provided tools and testing equipment.
  • Identify and contribute to sales opportunities, including spare parts, new contracts, renewals, and system upgrades.
  • This role requires availability for business travel, primarily across Italy and occasionally abroad, for approximately 200 days per year, Monday through Friday.
