SUMMARY:
We are seeking a full-time, remote Field Services Engineer to provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. The role involves diagnosing and repairing equipment, performing routine servicing, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and professional support.

The ideal candidate has strong field service and technical support experience, excellent problem-solving abilities, and solid customer service skills. The ability to work independently is essential. Experience with cash automation solutions is advantageous. Applicants must have a reliable vehicle and reside in the Gauteng area, preferably Pretoria.
