Summary


Be responsible for technical service in the assigned territory, including equipment installation, on-site repair, preventive maintenance, and operation training, while providing technical support to dealer service teams. Support equipment registration activities and ensure compliance with technical requirements. Continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution, and collaborate with the sales team to support installation site preparation, including layout planning and project-related AutoCAD drawings.
