Job Description

The Field Service Engineer provides service and customer support at customer locations on the full line of AMETEK Level Measurement Solutions (LMS) products. Field Service Engineer perform operational verification, commissioning, startup, configuration, troubleshooting, preventive or corrective repair and training on all AMETEK LMS products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

  • Travel to job sites on land and offshore within the designated region(s) South East Asia, Australia, Korea, Taiwan, occasionally Middle East region).
  • Travel to mission critical interventions (both from a technical as well as a commercial/ critical customer aspect).
  • Provide customers with world class support at location of installed product. Commission, configure and evaluate the installation of AMETEK LMS product(s).
  • Train peers’ processes and field service procedures.
  • Effectively communicate with customers to convey results of site visit.
