Role Overview

Field Service Engineer will serve our customer for product maintenance, spare parts and service package implementation. He will implement field services in accordance with the company's sales contracts, coordinate with the outside sales team on customer complaints, track and handle the complaints and corresponding corrective actions. He will direct report to Field Service Manager, SEAPT.

Key Responsibilities

Duties will include but not be limited to: -

Field Service Engineer

  • Establish and maintain excellent relationship with customer

  • Building up customer trust on service work with valuable and reliable service

  • Submit reliable and beneficial service report for service order
  • Collect and analyze information and customer needs through service work
  • Timely generation of Service Expense reports to enable billing to customers
  • Improve service orders and support sales
