Our company manufactures commercial kitchen equipment, which consist of refrigeration, electronics, valves, motors, and vacuum components. It is easy to find people who can turn a wrench, follow simple instructions, or do the same thing all day long. What we need is somebody who can think on their own, but who can still follow instructions. We need an Field Service Engineer who can understand how equipment works, and figure out why it stopped.
