Field Service Engineer (can live in Ontario, CAN or the US)



The client is an stablished and growing, machine design, manufacturing and automation business is seeking a Customer Service Technician interested in traveling to customer sites to install, train, and troubleshoot equipment. 



Product lines are custom, high performance automated machines, which have a PC computer user interface, PLC, machine tool equipment, and occasionally robotics and conveyors. Travel for customer service averages 80 - 90% throughout the year

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Installing new equipment and training customers
  • Troubleshooting equipment
  • Responding to customer maintenance calls
  • Handling customer issues and making sure the customer is 100% satisfied before you leave the site
