Responsibilities


岗位描述：

  • 负责是德科技公司电子测试仪器的软硬件测试和维修，工作主要在成都维修计量服务中心，也会要求到现场为用户提供技术服务。
  • 按照公司给定的流程和维修手册，对仪器进行故障诊断、备件订购和更换、然后对仪器进行调整和性能测试，并给客户提供维修报告。期间所有工作都按要求记录在公司管理系统中。
  • 通过电话、微信等方式远程和用户进行深入沟通，帮助对仪器进行故障诊断，指导客户正确的使用仪器，并尽力满足用...
