Technical
Responsible for providing quality repair, preventive maintenance service and complete installation and relocation start-up service of complex electromechanical and electronic systems at customer sites. Perform analytical problem-solving to the component level. May perform multiple technical tasks and may coordinate work of assigned engineers. Perform on-site preventive maintenance. Order and replace defective units, components or parts as appropriate. Troubleshoot equipment problems and conduct diagnostic procedures to isolate problems and take steps to minimize downtime or system interruptions and eliminate equipment malfunctions. Determine corrective actions required and/or escalate for assistance and prompt resolution. Assist with installing and/or relocating equipment at customer’s site.
