Job Description

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Manage daily service case follow-ups to ensure timely resolution.

  • Drive Service KRA Business through site walks, spares lead generation, and AMC service activities.

  • Maximize monthly service billable hours and consistently deliver reports on time.

  • Promptly diagnose equipment issues and resolve customer service requests with effective solutions.

  • Perform on-site repairs, maintenance, and equipment installations.

  • Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections to identify potential issues and maintain equipment reliability.

  • Collaborate cross functional team to resolve customer issues and provide expert technical assistance to customers.
