Field Service Co-Ordinator

nGeneration are looking for an enthusiastic and personable Field Service Co-Ordinator to join our Field Service team. We pride ourselves on our service, as the first point of contact for our customers, your friendly and helpful demeanour is crucial as you diagnose and solve their IT issues or allocate them to our field service engineers, keeping the customer updated every step of the way.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in an administrative role. Scheduling or first-line help desk analyst experience is desirable but not essential.

Pre-requisite Skills

  • Experience working with software such as google maps, word, outlook and excel
  • Excellent customer service skills, alongside the ability to communicate accurately and in a timely manner.
