You’ll work within a supportive office-based team supporting a group of field-based VitalCALL Installers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, attention to detail, and an ability to work collaboratively with both colleagues and contractors.

About the opportunity:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for handling incoming calls from installers, creating, checking and activating monitoring accounts, auditing completed work, raising purchase orders, invoicing, and collaborating with other departments to help achieve business targets.
