Eaton’s Critical Power Solutions Division is currently seeking a Field Service Area Supervisor to join our team. This position will be remote from a home office but will be based in the following geographies: Detroit, MI; Cincinnati, OH; Columbus, OH; Cleveland, OH. Relocation assistance will be provided if needed.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $124,000 - $182,000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

Responsibilities

• Assure the safety of employees who work in low, medium, and high voltage work environments. Ensures strict compliance with safety policies, trains and implements safety programs, ensures safety equipment resources are available and properly tested, acts as a safety liaison with customers.
