Field Sales Manager

As a Field Sales Manager at FLINT, you will be responsible for promoting our construction, maintenance, and turnaround services in the Ft. McMurray region and will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and contributing to the growth of our business. This permanent position is based out of our Sherwood Park office, requires 30% travel.

What would you be doing?

• Identify and target potential clients in the construction and industrial sectors.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
