Sales & Target Achievement

  • Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with company and principal objectives
  • Ensure achievement of sales volume, distribution
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance of the field team

Field Force Management

  • Supervise, coach, and motivate Sales Representatives
  • Conduct regular field visits, ride-alongs, and performance evaluations
  • Set clear sales objectives, KPIs, and call standards for the team
  • Identify training needs and conduct on-the-job coaching

Distribution & Coverage

  • Ensure proper product availability, numeric and weighted distribution
  • Monitor outlet coverage, call efficiency, and route compliance
  • Identify new outlets and expansion opportunities within the territory

Trade Marketing & Execution

  • Ensure proper execution of promotions, displays, and merchandising standards
