Sales & Target Achievement
- Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with company and principal objectives
- Ensure achievement of sales volume, distribution
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance of the field team
Field Force Management
- Supervise, coach, and motivate Sales Representatives
- Conduct regular field visits, ride-alongs, and performance evaluations
- Set clear sales objectives, KPIs, and call standards for the team
- Identify training needs and conduct on-the-job coaching
Distribution & Coverage
- Ensure proper product availability, numeric and weighted distribution
- Monitor outlet coverage, call efficiency, and route compliance
- Identify new outlets and expansion opportunities within the territory
Trade Marketing & Execution
- Ensure proper execution of promotions, displays, and merchandising standards
