Core ResponsibilitiesVendor & Channel Partner (CP) Management: Identify, onboard, and manage networks of real estate brokers and channel partners to generate consistent site visits and sales leads. Property Identification & Evaluation: Analyze the local market (e.g., across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, or Thane) to identify lucrative land parcels or prime properties for development or investment.
