Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Discovery: Identify and qualify large enterprise opportunities through strategic targeting. Engage HR, finance, procurement, and C-level stakeholders to understand needs. Conduct discovery meetings focused on engagement challenges and workforce dynamics.
  • Solution Selling & Proposal Development: Design customized proposals aligned with fiscal, cultural, and organizational objectives. Collaborate with Tender Specialists to support formal RFPs and documentation. Co-create business cases emphasizing engagement ROI and digital adoption.
